Our Strength & Conditioning program is designed specifically for grapplers — focusing on athleticism, injury prevention, and real-world strength that carries over to the mats.

Sessions are led in a structured format every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30 AM, and the full training program is accessible to all Black Flag members who want to follow along at their own pace.

You can add full gym access for just $20/month, giving you the freedom to train on your own schedule and follow the program whenever it works for you.
