Rockford Fuji
The Rockford Fuji BJJ Open is coming to town on Saturday, December 13, 2025, offering a full day of Gi and No-Gi action at the UW Health Sports Factory located at 305 S Madison St, Rockford, IL 61104.
This event is part of the national FUJI BJJ Tournament Series, known for delivering well-run, competitive events across the country. Whether you’re a first-time competitor or a seasoned athlete, FUJI ensures a smooth experience with fair bracketing, timely match flow, and divisions that fit every age and skill level.
Divisions for All Ages and Skill Levels
The Rockford Fuji will feature divisions starting from age 4 and up, with categories based on age, weight, and belt rank. Competitors can enter in both Gi and No-Gi brackets, and are encouraged to register early to secure their spot.
FUJI’s format is designed to give competitors more than one match whenever possible. Depending on the number of participants in each bracket, formats may include best of three, round robin, or modified double elimination—ensuring each athlete has multiple chances to test their skills.
