Youth II Jiu-Jitsu
AGes 9-17
Teen Jiu-Jitsu
Where young grapplers level up.
Our Youth II kids program is built for students who are ready to train with more structure, intensity, and focus. Whether your child is preparing for competition or simply wants to take their skills to the next level, this class provides an environment that mirrors our adult training, just with the guidance and attention young athletes need.
Our teen jiu-jitsu program emphasises live training, deeper positional understanding, and personal growth. Students are encouraged to push themselves, support each other, and build the habits that lead to long-term success, both on and off the mats.
Elevate skill. Embrace focus.
Build lasting confidence.
Designed for ages nine through seventeen, with coach approval for younger students, this program mirrors adult training while still supporting the unique needs of developing athletes.
Classes emphasize real-time grappling with live resistance and problem-solving under pressure. Students are not just taught techniques, they are guided in applying them effectively against resistance. The curriculum encourages deeper positional understanding, improved tactical awareness, and habits that support long-term growth.
Training in the Youth II program supports mental resilience as much as physical development. Students learn to navigate challenges, handle frustration, and push through discomfort, all within a respectful and encouraging environment. Whether the goal is competition or serious self-improvement, this class equips young students with the skills and mindset needed to thrive.
